FANTASTIC FUTURE
"Fantastic Future", the fourth event on the IAACD calender for the year 2008 was yet another
resounding success for this organization. This event, conducted as a commemoration for the founding day of the IAACD on the 10th of August 1991, is a payback to our alma mater, the dental institutions of the country. This year, 19 accredited members of the IAACD travelled across the length and breadth of the country and addressed interns and PG students from across 22 different institutions and took the message of IAACD and aesthetic dentistry to approximately 1800 avid participants. These interns and students are the future of dentistry in India and the IAACD has taken the mantle of investing in them in terms of education and knowledge on the newest that happens in dentistry.
The responses obtained from the delegates was amazing and the level of interest displayed in the program is evident from the turnout at each of the venues. The IAACD also conducted a short extempore elocution competetion at the conclusion of each of the programs and the first prize winner not only recieved a unique gift hamper but also obtained a free registration for "Cosmetic Creations" the upcoming annual conference of the IAACD.
